          Technical Internship Duration: 3-5 Years

          It aims to transfer Japanese skills, technology and knowledge to developing countries and to cooperate in the development of human resources which are responsible for developing countries ' economic development. Learn to practice abilities. There are 15 countries which are employed and the target occupation consists of 144 jobs in 80 professions(as of May 28, 2019).

           

          Activities to acquire skills in the first year after entering the country (No. 1 technical internship), activities to acquire skills in the 2nd and 3rd year (No. 2 technical internship), 4th year & 5th year it is divided into three categories of skill and other proficiency (No. 3 technical internship).


          Accepting companies will be undertaking employment contracts with companies for up to five years. (5 years only for companies with good practice training requirements)

           

          The first technical internship period is one year, whether you pass the skills test of the target profession or the evaluation system test and have represented the practical results for another 2 years. Followed by a further test for your higher skills, so you can extend technical skills training for a total of 2 years (maximum 5 years), by passing an evaluation system test.

        • About Care Worker

          Japan opens door for new category (Care Worker) for Technical Intern Training Program! Do you want to work in Japan as a care worker ?
          Many Japanese care worker providers wanted to employ caregivers from the Philippines.


          Certificate of JLPT N4, NAT-TEST Level 4 or J.TEST - Level E-F is necessary to be hired as a trainee and be able to work in Japan as Caregiver.

          Necessary Requirements:

          1. Caregiving NCⅡ TESDA Certificate
          2. Certificate of JLPT N4, NAT-TEST Level 4 or JTEST - Level E-F

          You must study Japanese unless you pass JLPT N4 or N3.

          About Japanese Language Test:

          • JLPT

          • NAT-TEST

          In the first technical training (the first year), those who have passed the Japanese language proficiency test N4 (the same or better) and the second technical training intern (the second year) (the same or higher abilities) are required to pass the N3 Japanese language proficiency test (the same or higher ability) (they are considered to have equal or better abilities). In essence, technical internship No. 2 must be applied before three months prior to the scheduled start date.


          If at the time of the application of a second year (nine months from entry) you can not pass the test N3 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, you leave Japan in a year.
